River Valley Art & Craft Fair is an indoor fair where artisans can sell their art or handcrafted products to an enthusiastic community of arts-minded people.

This event will be promoted to the public as an opportunity for customers to purchase handmade and unique holiday gifts. The Fair will be advertised internally to our students and their families, through online advertisements and event listings, on our website and social media channels, and to our full mailing list.

Fee*: A participation fee of $50 is due at the time of registration. Payments may be made through our secure site, or you may mail a check made out to River Valley Waldorf School to RVWS 1395 Bridgeton Hill Road Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972

Setup: A table and two chairs are provided. Setup begins at 9:30AM. Breakdown begins at 3PM.

Food Sales: Food sales at the Fair are not permitted, except by separate contract with River Valley Waldorf School.

Security: We cannot assume responsibility for damage, injury, theft, or loss of vendor work or property.

Refunds: If the Fair fails to take place for any reason, all vendor payments will be refunded in full.
