Join us for the River Valley Waldorf School’s annual Mayfaire celebration, a vibrant community event full of springtime magic! Experience the joy of Maypole dancing, enjoy delicious homemade treats at our bake sale, and explore a variety of spring crafts and activities. From creating your own jump rope to silk dyeing and face painting, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss the chance to meet the whimsical Pocket Fairy, witness live student performances, and even plant a seed to take home. It’s a day of fun, creativity, and community spirit you won’t want to miss!

Maypole Dancing

Lunch/Bake Sale

Celebrate new beginnings by planting a seed at Mayfaire! Join us for this hands-on, nature-inspired activity where you can plant your very own seed to take home. Watch it grow throughout the season as a reminder of the renewal and hope that spring brings.

Silk Dyeing

Experience the magic of transforming plain silk into vibrant, colorful works of art. Using natural dyes and simple techniques, you’ll create your own beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece to take home.

Jump Rope Making

Pick from a variety of colorful yarn to create your own personalized jump rope! Once you’ve made your rope, you can jump into the fun with friends and family.

Face Painting
