Early Childhood
Join your RVWS Early Childhood student for a morning of gathering together, sharing a meal, and playing outdoors! Parents, Grandparents, and Special Friends are invited to visit from 10:30am – 11:30am in the Faerie Wood. Please pack a picnic along with a blanket or your own portable folding chair. Following the Early Childhood morning, families are welcome to gather in the All Purpose Room for the 2nd – 4th Grade assembly.
2nd - 4th Grade
Grandparents and Special Friends of 2nd – 4th graders are invited to join us for a student performance assembly beginning at 11:30am in the All Purpose Room. Following the assembly, children and adults will gather for a picnic lunch and recess concluding at 1pm. Please pack your own picnic lunch. Children in 2nd – 4th grades may be released early with their grandparents and special friends or remain at school until dismissal.
1st Grade
First Graders along with their Grandparents and Special Friends will join in the classroom at 11am for a special activity before enjoying lunch and recess together. Please pack a picnic lunch and be prepared to eat outdoors. First grade students can be dismissed with their adults at 1pm or remain at school until dismissal.
5th - 8th Grade
Beginning at 11:30am, Grandparents and Special Friends are welcome to join 5th – 8th students for an outdoor recess followed by a picnic lunch. Please pack your own picnic lunch. After lunch the children will perform an assembly in the All Purpose Room which will conclude at 1:45pm. Students may be released early with their grandparents and special friends or remain at school until dismissal.
