Being a Waldorf teacher isn't easy. We encourage our teachers to obtain Waldorf Teacher Certification while they are employed at RVWS if they don't already have one. Waldorf teacher training takes several years to complete and requires the teacher to travel and live for short periods of time at training institutes. Your donation helps pay for our teachers to pursue certification in Waldorf Education. *Donate through the link in our bio*
